Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Once your return is approved, you may choose a refund or exchange for another item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance / final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
We will send a replacement or process a refund at no extra cost.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us.
We will assist you with the process and product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
